1. Concept Validation & Research

The Assignment

I was presented with a concept to build a VR (Vacation Rental) service platform aimed at improving revenue for small-to-medium hospitality providers.

Market Analysis

I conducted deep-dive research to validate the idea, identifying that providers were suffering from significant "Lead Leakage" due to fragmented booking systems and slow response times.

Requirement Gathering

I led discussions to translate high-level business goals into a technical roadmap, focusing on a unified lead-capture system.

The Hypothesis

By automating the lead-to-booking pipeline with a custom-built interface, we could measurably increase conversion rates and operational efficiency for VR operators.

2. Product Strategy & Requirement Synthesis

Objective

Develop a robust "Revenue OS" focused on speed, data organization, and lead retention.

Feature Roadmap

I prioritized a high-speed lead capture engine and a centralized layout to ensure all guest interactions could be managed effectively.

Strategic Growth

I designed the site architecture to not only manage current leads but also provide a professional landing environment to boost long-term profit projections.

3. Engineering Execution

Technical Automation

I utilized Python-based scraping and automation techniques - leveraging tools like BeautifulSoup and SerpAPI to collect over 5,000 data points for market outreach.

Frontend Implementation

I built the entire interface from scratch using HTML and CSS, ensuring a lightweight, high-performance, and mobile-responsive user experience for operators on the move.

Data Visualization

I applied principles from my work with Power BI and Tableau to ensure the information architecture was optimized for tracking key metrics and trends.
